Chi-Gong is a simple form of Chinese yoga with profound benefits for physical, mental and spiritual fitness. It is the art and science of using whole body breathing; gentle, circular movement; and focused attention to cleanse, strengthen and circulate life energy.

Chi-Gong allows the possibility for anyone to benefit immediately from its practice. You discover your natural capacity to promote your health and wellness mentally, physically and spiritually. Chi-Gong exercises are active ways to heal the body. We need to heal ourselves energetically first before we treat physical symptoms, because the energy blockage is the root cause of sickness.

One of the biggest frustrations we face in life is that we are trying to take energy from other people and other things all the time. We feel they are not giving us enough. That makes us angry–not enough love, support, or money. When we begin to understand that we can get energy from within and let it radiate from us, we feel much more centered, whole and happy. In taking, there is never enough; in giving, there is always an endless supply. When we give endlessly and demand nothing in return, it is the work of the heart.

The heart is the emperor and ruler of all organs. The heart’s pulsation feeds blood, vitality, light, fire and life to all other vital organs. When we open up the heart and release love, we wash away layers of clouds, darkness, bad feelings and self-judgment that limit our ability to love ourselves and to love others. When we feel impatient, violent or hateful about ourselves or towards others, the heart’s energy gets stuck, and perpetuates the cycles of negativity. Breathing out the sound “HAAA” clears this negative energy and the gift is that we start loving ourselves.
